Like Epic Games announced via Twitteris the start for the maintenance work for 10:00 a.m. German time planned. Experience has shown that they usually don’t last too long, so the servers should be able to at noon be available again. Normally, the downtime is over after 30 minutes to around two hours. No patch notes, but first leaks
