A man died Tuesday after he was found shot in a parked vehicle in Camden, the city’s second shooting death within about an hour on the same night, authorities said. Luis Vazquez-Garcia was discovered by police when officers responded to an alert of a shooting from Camden’s gunfire detection system on State Street, near 7th Street, around 9:20 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.
