Russia has confirmed it fired on the city of Lviv in western Ukraine. The missiles hit a military supply centre, Defence Ministry spokesperson Igor Konashenkov said. A storage facility with foreign weapons supplied by the United States and European countries was also destroyed, he said. The city administration earlier reported several missile strikes and six fatalities – the first in the city since the war began on February 24.
