Recently, Dorian LaCourse, 66, pleaded guilty to conspiracy and making false statements, according to federal prosecutors in Indiana. He is the former police chief in Addyston, Ohio, officials noted. Jonathan Marcum, 34, and Christopher Petty, 58, previously pleaded guilty to their role in the scheme.
