The Ministry of Digital Transformation instructed operators to disconnect clients from the public sector from April 15 if they violate the law on gray SIM cards, writes Kommersant.
All corporate subscribers of operators are required to register in the Unified Identification and Authentication System (ESIA). If they did not do this, then the operators are obliged to disconnect them from communication.
In case of non-compliance with the law, operators face a fine of 100 to 200 thousand rubles.
MTS reported that the company complies with all requirements of the law. MegaFon, VimpelCom and Tele2 declined to comment.
Most of our B2B and B2G subscribers have passed the verification procedure, some of the subscribers have been blocked.
