The hydrogen-powered electric delivery vehicle used in this project uses two 1L solid-state hydrogen storage bottles with advanced solid-state hydrogen storage materials as the core, and is equipped with auxiliary systems such as hydrogen fuel stack power generation system, control system, and DC/DC converter.Each hydrogen charge is 110g, and the cruising range is up to 120km.

Structurally, the hydrogen storage device is hidden in the lower tube of the frame, and the hydrogen fuel cell system is installed under the seat cushion. During the operation of the vehicle, the hydrogen fuel is converted into electric energy to supply power to the whole vehicle.

In the future, solid-state hydrogen storage bottles can be used as a product and can be purchased anywhere in convenience stores or supermarkets. The used hydrogen energy storage bottles can also be placed in storage boxes and replaced regularly, greatly increasing the travel efficiency of hydrogen energy delivery vehicles. Based on the calculation of running 10,000 kilometers for one year, each hydrogen-powered portable two-wheeled vehicle reduces CO2 emissions by 225.4 kg compared with the portable electric two-wheeled vehicle, and the carbon emission reduction effect is remarkable.
