Yesterday Xiaomi product manager @新心_Mia announced,The new Xiaomi Civi series Civi 1S was officially announced today.
Just this morning,Xiaomi founder, Xiaomi Group chairman and CEO Lei Jun posted a photo of Xiaomi Civi, suggesting that the new Civi 1S is about to debut.
According to the exposed information, Xiaomi Civi 1S is known to have two major upgrades, one is the processor upgrade to Snapdragon 778G+,This is Xiaomi’s first Snapdragon 778G+ phone.
This chip is an upgraded version of the Snapdragon 778G. It adopts TSMC’s 6nm process and has a large core of the Cortex A78 architecture. The maximum frequency can reach 2.5GHz. In terms of GPU, the Snapdragon 778G+ uses the Adreno 642L GPU, which improves the performance by 7%. Features of the Elite Gaming platform are supported, including Variable Resolution Rendering (VRS), Game Quick Touch.
The second major upgrade is to support 67W fast charge (Xiaomi Civi supports 55W wired fast charge)charging faster.
In addition, the Mi Civi 1S will continue the elegant industrial design of the Mi Civi. Last year, Xiaomi Civi was called Xiaomi’s most beautiful mobile phone. As an iterative model, the upcoming Civi 1S is worth looking forward to.
