The One UI update breaks the screens of the Samsung Galaxy S20 range of smartphones. This assumption was made by users of Reddit, Twitter and Samsung forums.

In any case, the problem is massive. Galaxy S20 users are experiencing thin vertical lines, either pink or green, on their screens. Some of these reports say that the problem started immediately after a software update, others indicate that the lines started appearing after their smartphone’s warranty expired.

Samsung has not yet responded to user complaints. Recall that users of the legendary Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, the first flagships of the line with wireless charging, suffered from similar bands.

Previously, the Galaxy S20 FE 2022 was presented – almost a flagship, and the price does not scare. Currently, the Galaxy S20 FE is sold in South Korea and, in terms of Russian currency, costs about 49 thousand rubles. Whether it will be delivered to other countries, including Russia, is unknown.
