Chinese authorities have now decided to close parts of the Zhengzhou economic zone near Foxconn’s main Iphone factory. Something that may affect the production of Iphone in the future, reports Bloomberg.
Local state media say that production is still going on as normal. How much Iphone production is affected may partly depend on how long the shutdown lasts.
In March, Foxconn in Shenzhen also had to shut down for a few days due to local covid-19 shutdowns.
