CHICAGO — A 17-year-old boy who fatally shot a 16-year-old during a chaotic evening in Millennium Park opened fire near The Bean after the younger boy jumped on his back and punched him in the head, Cook County prosecutors said in court Monday. As Marion Richardson was being arrested, he told police, “You guys ain’t gonna do nothing anyways, a hundred (expletive) walking toward me, what am I supposed to do?
