Authorities have charged a Monmouth County jail inmate in the death of another inmate at the facility, officials announced Sunday. Evan Raczkiewicz, 29, of Bradley Beach, is charged with first-degree aggravated manslaughter in the death of Daniel Ferrara, 49, of Ocean Grove, on Saturday, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
