Developer Nima Ouji demonstrated how Twitter’s post editing feature, which the platform plans to launch soon, works.
Once a tweet has been published, web users will be able to edit the tweet by clicking on the three dots icon and selecting the appropriate option.
Ouji noted that users will not be able to change the audience of a tweet once it has been edited. In addition, the feature will be exclusive to Twitter Blue subscribers.
So far, the company is testing the edit button only in the web version of the platform. It is likely that Twitter will launch this innovation in the next few weeks.
