World Under-20 champion Tina Clayton beat twin sister Tia to win her respective 100 metres final, one of ten gold medals for hosts Jamaica on the opening day of the 49th CARIFTA Games here Saturday. Running out of lane seven, Tina produced a strong finish to overhaul Tia in lane five, clocking 11.22 seconds to register a much deserved win at the National Stadium.
