According to reports, its 500 GB version has an endurance of 500 TBW, the 1 TB version is 750 TBW, and the 2 TB version is 1200 TBW. This SSD has also passed 1000 hours of HTOL (High Temperature Operating Life Test) testing, offers MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) of over 1.5 million hours, and is backed by a 5-year warranty.
