The Apple Watch saved the life of an elderly woman by calling emergency services in time. This story was shared by a police officer who arrived to call the dispatcher.
A Reddit user named Tropicott said he received a call from a call dispatcher who came to the police with an Apple Watch. The officer immediately went to the right address, but could not get through to the residents. Fortunately, the door to the house was open, and as he entered the house, he heard a groan from the top floor.
Rising, he found an elderly woman lying on her back with a bloody face. The policeman called an ambulance, and until the arrival of the doctors was next to the victim. The woman told him that she lost consciousness and did not even know that the Apple Watch had called the police.
