China imposes quarantine near Foxconn’s main iPhone plant

In the Chinese city of Zhengzhou, quarantine is introduced – it houses the main Foxconn plant for the production of iPhone. This could affect Apple’s shipments, reports Bloomberg.

Some areas of Zhengzhou Airport quarantine announced Residents are not allowed to leave their homes. Foxconn’s largest iPhone manufacturing plant is located in the airport’s economic zone – all employees undergo mandatory testing for COVID-19.
