Developer Bucanero returns to the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro scene with a brand new version of PS4Load which is now offered in v0.5.0.
As you now know, this is a PKG loader compatible with Linux, Mac and Windows, so you have to choose the client according to the version you want:
– ps3load_client_linux.zip
– ps3load_client_macos.zip
– ps3load_client_win32.zip
Based on PS3load PSL1GHT, the tool was built around the Open Orbis and it makes it easy to load SELF files using the network. With this little app, the developer hopes to facilitate the arrival of homebrew on the PS4.
Now with this new version 0.5.0 adds support for sending .zip archives and getting extracted data to /data/ (useful if you need available hard drive resources for the file eboot.bin).
In addition to that, the developer has also added on-the-fly decompression for faster execution, and the tool can be useful for testing your applications before creating PKG files.
