On April 15, the anthology series “Shrill Loud” with the participation of cinema stars was released in the Apple TV + online cinema. This time, the company did not stretch the release schedule and presented all the episodes at once.
Shrilly Loud brings together eight feminist stories with a touch of “black comedy” and an unexpected perspective on topics such as gender inequality, gender independence and self-determination.
The show is based on the book “The Woman Who Spread Her Wings” by the popular German writer Cecilia Ahern. The series stars Nicole Kidman, Cynthia Erivo, Issa Rae, Alison Brie, Betty Gilpin, Mira Sial, Fievel Stewart and Kara Hayward.
However, Apple released a video that provides “an insightful, poignant, and sometimes hilarious look at what it means to be a woman today.”
