New Jersey on Sunday reported three more COVID-19 deaths and 3,434 new confirmed positive tests, as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention detailed rising transmission rates now in all the state’s counties. Those in high-risk areas are recommended to wear a mask indoors in public and on public transportation, and stay up-to-date on vaccination, according to the CDC.
