Ross Young, Chief Analyst at Display Supply Chain Consultants, has revealed the specifications of the upcoming Motorola Razr 3 clamshell smartphone, which is expected to be released in the next few months.
According to Yang, the Razr’s external display will grow from 2.7 inches to 3 inches, while the main foldable panel will go from 6.2 inches to 6.7 inches. The display will be produced by China Star.
Unlike its predecessor, the Razr 3 will feature a top Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip and an OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Motorola is expected to introduce the third generation of clamshell phones in June-July 2022.
