At the same time, this rearview mirror will also have obvious abnormal noise when it is normally folded inward. Mr. Pan said the Tesla had not been hit by external forces.
In this regard, the staff of Tesla’s external affairs department said that there are generally two reasons for the eversion of the rearview mirror: one is the motor failure, and the vehicle will have an alarm or fault code, which can be checked out; the second is external force inspection. The Tesla store recommends disassembly and inspection. The customer may refuse the inspection in an emergency, and will contact Mr. Pan again in the future.
