An analyst from the Mobile Research Group said that for the foreseeable future, Apple devices in Russia will be useless, unlike Android mobile gadgets. The development of the Google platform in Russia will not stop, Murtazin is convinced.
“They want to de facto disconnect us from the ability to pay from the phone, from smart devices on the iOS platform. At the same time, this cannot be done on Android, Android remains quite a working one, applications appear there, development will continue. The iPhone is dying for our country,” the analyst stated.
By the way, Apple was one of the first to suspend sales of its equipment in Russia. At the end of February, the company closed its branded online store in the country for an indefinite period.
