Turkey has reiterated its reservations about Finland and Sweden joining NATO while also signalling a willingness to discuss the issue, as members of the defence alliance meet in Berlin. Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Cavusoglu said his country had always been in favour of an “open-door policy,” ahead of the NATO foreign ministers meeting.
