IT House reported on May 15 that Tesla CEO Elon Musk tweeted, “Twitter’s legal department said that I leaked the sample size of the robot and violated the non-disclosure agreement.”
Musk has previously said that if he succeeds in acquiring Twitter, he will focus on solving real problems. Open the source code of the platform algorithm, delete spam, navy bots, add editing functions, strictly abide by freedom of speech, and simplify the certification process.
IT House reported earlier that Elon Musk said his $44 billion cash deal with Twitter was “on hold” until the social media company provided data on the number of fake accounts.
Musk added below his May 13 tweet announcing that the Twitter acquisition was on hold: To find out, 100 Twitter followers will be drawn at random. Also invite others to do the same and see what they find.
He explains: I chose 100 as the sample size because that’s what Twitter uses to count < 5% spam bots/fake accounts/duplicates. That said, internal Twitter data indicates less than 5 percent of bots on the platform, and this data is classified.
▼ Fun fact: Musk played Ayrden Circle for a day.
