Microsoft deployed a security patch this week that is particularly heavy. The brand thus plugs no less than 128 security vulnerabilities on both Windows 10 and Windows 11, but also on some services such as Microsoft Office, Skype or the Edge browser.
Within the corrected faults, there are 10 faults deemed critical, of which 2 are also of the zero-day type (unknown so far).
These critical flaws can cause hackers to access an elevation of privilege within the OS and have CVSS scores of 7 and 7.8 (on a scale of 0 to 10).
The first zero-day is particularly complex to exploit while the second is already exploited by several groups of hackers.
A critical flaw rated 9.8 CVSS has also been fixed, it allowed remote code activation.
