Kameliia Sharuda sat in a seat which had her last name taped to it and looked out over the rows of empty chairs on the lawn of Rowan College South Jersey Thursday afternoon. Those seats would later be filled with graduates and their families as the college celebrated the Class of 2022 Friday morning. “Wow this will be special,” said the Mantua resident, who is originally from Ukraine.
