Journalists from the BBC gathered in London on Thursday to mourn the death of Shireen Abu Akleh, the trailblazing Palestinian Al Jazeera journalist who was killed by Israeli forces in the West Bank. The vigil, which took place at the corporation’s headquarters in the UK capital at 5.30pm, attracted dozens of journalists.
