It is on Twitter that Bohemia Interactive announced that a stream with the theme of the future of the Arma series will take place May 17 at 7 p.m. on Twitch. We don’t have any more information at this time, but speculation is rife. Reddit and consort, especially since the names of the accounts Twitter, Youtube and Twitch official license has been replaced by a cryptic “Arma Platform” yesterday.
We can, however, recall that Weapon 3 was released almost 9 years ago, and that Bohemia Interactive published a first video presentation of the Enfusion Engine in December. Next Tuesday’s announcement could therefore concern a possible new episode of the Arma franchise using the studio’s new engine. Afterwards, the Czech developers could also unveil a port of Arma 3 on Xbox Series X and PS5, or a new mobile game next Tuesday. So, take a deep breath, and wait until May 17 before rejoicing.
