Q has reportedly already fired an executive who ran Apple’s sports division. Peter Stern is no longer in advertising. He will now focus on Apple TV+, Apple News, Apple Books, iCloud, Fitness+ and Apple One.

Stern’s duties were taken over by Todd Terezi, Apple’s vice president, who has been in the company’s advertising business for over 10 years. Since the beginning of this year, he reports directly to Q. Previously, Terezi ran Apple iAd, a mobile advertising network that launched in 2010 but closed six years later after failing to capture significant market share.

Apple has not yet commented on the information received.
