IT Home has learned that the Montage M88DR5RCD02 complies with the latest JEDEC second-generation DDR5 registered clock driver (RCD02) standard. Compared with the first-generation product (M88DR5RCD01), theRCD02 maximum support rate increased by 16.67%. The chip adopts dual-channel memory architecture, supports 1.1V VDD and 1.0V VDDIO voltage and multiple power-saving modes, which is more energy-saving. Currently, Montage’s first- and second-generation DDR5 registered clock driver chips M88DR5RCD01 and M88DR5RCD02 are available.
Stephen Tai, President of Montage Technology, said that Montage took the lead in realizing the trial production of the DDR5 RCD02 chip.This product will provide a higher-speed, lower-latency data transfer solution for next-generation DDR memory platforms.
