A Fairview man was arrested Tuesday and charged with sexually assaulting a child on several occasions, authorities said. Eliseo Estrada, 60, is charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault and second- degree endangering the welfare of a child, according to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella. Musella said Fairview police on Monday contacted detectives at the prosecutor’s office about the alleged assault.
