Nintendo’s latest business figures are in, which also includes hardware and software sales through March 31, 2022.
At the end of the fourth fiscal quarter, the Switch achieved worldwide sales of 107.65 million.
Nintendo expects more
In that quarter alone, 4.11 million Switch consoles were sold. By the end of the new fiscal year, Nintendo expects another 21 million sales.
As for the software, there were 55.77 million sales here in the fourth fiscal quarter.
Nintendo’s in-house top 10, in which Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is still far ahead, looks as follows:
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – 45.33 million
- Animal Crossing: New Horizons – 38.64 million
- Super Smash Bros. Ultimate – 28.17 million
- The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild – 26.55 million
- Pokemon Sword / Pokemon Shield – 24.27 million
- Super Mario Odyssey – 23.50 million
- Super Mario Party – 17.78 million
- Pokemon Radiant Diamond / Pokemon Luminous Pearl – 14.65 million
- Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! / Pokemon: Let’s Go, Eevee! – 14.53 million
- Ring Fit Adventure – 14.09 million
The company also gave other sales figures, including the Pokémon Legends Arceus released at the beginning of the year and Kirby and the Forgotten Land:

- Pokemon Legends Arceus – 12.64 million
- Luigi’s Mansion 3 – 11.43 million
