Already announced last May on Nintendo Switch and competing media, Flashback 2 took advantage of the Summer Game Fest 2022 to unveil the first images of Conrad’s adventures 30 years after the original episode. We let you discover the said trailer below. Flashback 2 will be released in winter 2022 on competing media and during 2023 on Nintendo Switch.
After his victory over the “Master Brain” in the first episode, Conrad and his allies are once again confronted by the Morphs, who threaten all civilizations. Moreover, his friend Ian, who has answers to many questions that Conrad asks himself, has just been kidnapped before his eyes… A blow from the Morphs? For what specific purpose? It’s up to you to find out…
Developed in collaboration between the teams of Paul Cuisset and Microids Studio Lyon, Flashback 2 will invite players to discover an unprecedented adventure that skillfully mixes action, puzzles and infiltration. It will be possible to (re)discover iconic places like Neo Washington and The Jungle, passing through exclusive environments like Neo Tokyo or even a space base.
In order to offer an experience faithful to the universe initiated thirty years ago, the fans of the first hour will be delighted to learn that other members of the team of the first opus are back like Thierry Perreau in game design or again Raphaël Gesqua, renowned composer of the Amiga version of Flashback.
In order to bring an animation as close as possible to reality, Jamel Blissat, famous stuntman for many Marvel productions (understudy of Oscar Isaac in Moonkight), will lend his movements to the main character of the game, Conrad B. Hart.
