Rear Sker Ritualthere is Wales Interactive, an English studio that distinguished itself in 2020 with Maid of Skera survival horror in first person view, inspired by British myths and legends. Far from the intimate and cloistered anguish of its model, this new spin off deports its bestiary to the regions of the co-op game, where it will have to face waves of monstrosities of all kinds, at a drum beating pace.
If the solo remains authorized, the game seems especially designed for the collective (up to 4 players), constantly adjusting its difficulty to the size of our squad. Each mission will be as much an opportunity to discover (or find) a setting of Sker Islands, as to follow a progression made up of micro-events and scripted objectives. To defend themselves against the Quiet Ones (the dark forces occupying the premises), players will be able to crafter their steampunk weaponry and wear masks with unique powers.
Designed on the model of Left 4 Deadthe shoot will alternate clashes of mobs in clusters and duels with unique elite units, such as the Banshee (capable of teleporting behind our backs), the Mariner or even the Invisible Ghost. Fans of the universe will also be delighted to be able to face certain bosses of Maid of Skerlike the unnameable Abraham.
Initially planned for a summer release on PC, Sker Ritual will get its update for next-gen consoles later this year.
