The horror title “The Quarry” developed by Supermassive Games was released for consoles and PC this Friday. Of course, the obligatory launch trailer should not be missing to get you in the mood for the teen horror.

“The Quarry”, the latest horror adventure from the British developer studio Supermassive Games, will be released for consoles and PC this Friday.

The Quarry follows the surprise hit “Until Dawn” to a certain extent and focuses on a group of teenagers who want to have a good time at a summer camp. When brutal locals and a dark force enter the scene, however, a merciless life-and-death struggle quickly ensues.

To get you in the mood for the horror that lies ahead, Supermassive Games has provided the coherent launch trailer for “The Quarry” to go with the release.

The online coop will follow a little later

Just like in the last horror titles from Supermassive Games, in “The Quarry” you have the opportunity to actively influence the further course of the story with your own decisions and turn them into one of more than 180 different endings respectively. While the local coop component is already included at launch, the online coop requires a little more development time and is scheduled to be submitted on July 8, 2022.

“As the sun sets on the last night of a summer camp, a long night of horror begins for nine teenage counselors. The only thing worse than the bloodthirsty locals and creatures preying on the group are the unimaginable choices you must make to help them survive.”
