According to a new poll by HR software provider Greenhouse, more than 75 percent of hiring managers expect it to be more difficult to hire in the year ahead. And even larger percentage, 84 percent, said they have experienced or come close to burnout because of the challenges of hiring in these times. But perhaps the most provocative statistic is the one that ties into the top of the wish list for many job searchers.
