The PC version of “Modern Warfare 2” will return to the Steam platform, and the “ricochet” anti-cheat system will be released on the same day as the game, that is, on October 28 (local time on the 29th). “Modern Warfare 2” is the sequel to the 19th edition of “Modern Warfare”, which includes a single-player plot, two-player cooperation, and multiplayer battle experience. Infinity Ward and Raven Software use this engine and game content to develop an independent free-to-play mode “Warzone 2.0 (Warzone 2.0)” which will be unveiled at the end of the year, using a unified game engine and anti-cheating system. Activision hinted in a blog post that the inventory and character levels of old players will be zeroed in “Warzone 2.0”, “2.0” is the continuation of Modern Warfare 2, in addition to inheriting the game content and system of the game, it also has a new Unlock progress and item inventory. Activision didn’t mention whether “Warzone 2.0” will follow in the footsteps of “Modern Warfare 2″ and land on the Steam platform, but it should be reasonable.
