Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is one of the big pieces of this summer (see here.) While waiting for its release, Nintendo is distiling information via social networks. Lately a long trailer also made us discover a little better Aioniosthe game world and the two nations, Keves and Agnus who wage a merciless war there. Today, new gameplay footage brings new details. First, it will be possible to switch at will between the six soldiers of Keves during our travels without going through menus. In Xenoblade Chronicles 3, Ethel is the commander of Colony 4 owned by Keves. The one also called Ethel Mante-d’Argent is particularly famous for having simultaneously defeated three opposing colonies with only 100 soldiers at her side.


Ethel’s unwavering belief in her beliefs and resourcefulness have earned her the trust of those who serve her. But although Noah is also from Keves, she attacks him and his group on sight, calling them monsters!

There’s a bit of history between Noah’s team and Ethel from #XenobladeChronicles3 . When they were all much younger, Ethel saved them from an attack by Agnia. Since then, Noah and his friends have looked up to her, so why does she now consider them enemies?
