A man was struck and killed Wednesday morning in Glen Rock by a New Jersey Transit train headed to Hoboken, authorities said. The man was hit at 9:22 a.m. near the Glen Rock-Boro Hall train station, said Everett Merrill, an NJ Transit spokesperson. There were no injuries to the crew or 100 passengers aboard the train. The victim’s name was not released. The train departed Port Jervis, New York, at 7:39 a.m. and was due to arrive in Hoboken at 9:52 a.m., Merrill said.
