The family of a man who died after he was rescued from the Delaware River last month is hoping to hear from anyone who saw him in his final hours. Charles Delvaille, 55, of Middletown, Connecticut, entered the river in Carneys Point Township on the afternoon of May 27, according to fishermen in the area who called for help when he disappeared from view.
