Ukrainian Ambassador Andriy Melnyk laid a wreath at the Soviet Memorial in Berlin’s Tiergarten park on Sunday to commemorate the Ukrainian martyrs of World War II. Several hundred people had also come to the memorial. Some of them chanted “Melnyk out” as the ambassador laid the wreath. Other participants then began chanting in Ukrainian.
