There is new information about the next graphics card family from Nvidia, which is not official and should therefore be treated with caution. But as wccftech reports, the new GeForce RTX 4090 could be twice as fast as the GeForce RTX 3090 – but there is no new information on the TDP that would allow conclusions to be drawn about the power consumption. For the GeForce RTX 4080, on the other hand, there is a statement that the TDP should be 420 watts. That would be more than the GeForce RTX 3090.

The rumors come from kopite7kimi via Twitter. The leaker is considered reliable and also gives the code names of the GPUs: PG139-SKU330 for the GeForce RTX 4090 and PG139-SKU360 for the GeForce RTX 4080.

In all of this, it should be noted that an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 Ti will represent the full expansion of the new Ada Lovelace GPU family in this context. This graphics card is expected to have a TDP of around 600 watts and 24 gigabytes of GDDR6X RAM to be available.

This amount should also be used with the GeForce RTX 4090, as the summary at wccftech shows.
