New PS5 exclusive game announced – without any information

the Announcing a new game is not unique in itself. When it comes to this announcement however neither a name nor halfway concrete details there, things get a little more interesting. But that’s exactly what the development team from Bend Studio did. We have summarized everything you need to know.

Who is actually Bend Studio?

The developer studio based in the US city of Bend (Oregon state) has already been in 1992 under the name of that time Blank, Berlyn & Co., Inc. founded. Three years later it was up Eidetic, Inc. renamed and was then responsible for, among other things, the third-person shooter Siphon Filter. Since the year 2000 it’s an FSony’s first party studio and works exclusively on games for the PlayStation. The most well-known titles include Days Gone and Resistance: Retribution.

What did Bend Studio announce?

In an official press release, the team announced a whole new game brand to work without revealing further details. Although it is known that the new title on the open world elements from Days Gone build and one multiplayer part should offer. However, Bend Studio is keeping a low profile with further information. However, since it will be an exclusive game again, there is a high probability that it will appear ffor the PS5 (buy now €734.99). Incidentally, there were already reports of work on a new franchise in 2019. The new press release states:

“Today we are happy to share with you just a small snippet of news about our current project. We are currently working on a new IP that includes multiplayer and builds on the open world systems of Days Gone, but offers you a whole new world , which we are very happy to create for you. We can’t wait to reveal it to you when the time is right.”
