The disciples take over
Berserk is a manga series that is very close to the hearts of many people, including the undersigned. For these people, it was of course a great sorrow that the creator of the series, Kentaro Miura, died of acute aortic dissection last year.
Earlier this year, it became known that Kentaro had time to finish one last book, which then became number 41, which will be released in English on November 9. This would then be the last book in the series.
But now it’s new buns that apply when Kentaro’s apprentice, Kouji Mori, recently wrote that he and the Berserk team will multiply to finish the series. These new books will be based solely on such information as Kentaro told Kouji to maintain the creator’s original vision.
Also, I will only write the episodes that Miura talked to me about. I will not flesh it out. I will not write episodes that I do not remember clearly. I will only write the lines and stories that Miura described to me. Of course, it will not be perfect. Still, I think I can almost tell the story that Miura wanted to tell.
When these new volumes will be released is unclear at the time of writing.
