During the WWDC 2022 presentation, Apple unveiled the iPadOS 16 update. The new version of the iPad operating system finally includes an updated Weather app, multitasking improvements, and many other features that are also available in iOS 16.

One of the new features of iPadOS 16 is collaborations. The user can add people to a real-time collaboration in certain applications, including iWork suite applications, the Safari browser, and third-party applications.

For fans of the Messages app, iPadOS 16 brings three important features: the ability to edit messages, unsend, and mark a message as unread.
The iPadOS 16 version also contains:

- new search and replace function;
- smart tools in the Mail app;
- Shared iCloud Photo Library.
