A 41-year-old motorcyclist that police say was speeding and weaving in between other vehicles on Route 1 in Edison was killed in a crash Thursday night. Carlos Caraballo lost control of his motorcycle, skidded “for a length of time” and ended up beneath another vehicle on the northbound side of the highway near Parsonage Road, Edison police said. Caraballo, of Bloomfield, was pronounced dead minutes after the 11 p.m. crash. The driver of the car is not expected to be charged, police said.
