PvP players can hope for epic battles again in the upcoming WoW expansion Dragonflight. Currently the development team is looking for a PvP level designer who is also wanted for the epic battlegrounds. It’s been ages since the last 40vs40 Battlrground.

The developers of World of Warcraft are now working at full speed on the upcoming Dragonflight expansion. In addition to new dungeons and raids, innovations for the PvP area are also being worked on. It will be like this for example Solo queue rewards give and one returns to PvP gear system like in Warlords of Draenor return.

There will definitely be new arenas and maybe even fresh battlefields in Dragonflight. Blizzard is currently looking for support for this. Since the beginning of June, there has been an advertisement for one on the vacancies page PvP Level Designer for World of Warcraft.

Are we getting a new World PvP zone?

As PvP Chief Designer Brian Holinka tweeted, this is the second PvP-specific position the World of Warcraft team has announced, apparently in response to frequent fan calls to improve PvP in the game. Responsibilities include creating arenas, areas, and zones for new and existing player vs. player game modes.

From small-group skirmish arenas to epic 40v40 player battlegrounds, level designers work with gameplay designers to create activities for PvP players to let off steam.
