Sources of the Wall Street Journal reported the suspension of the business of Xiaomi and Lenovo in Russia.
Although the Chinese authorities insisted that their compatriots continue to work with the Russian Federation, the companies still did not dare to take this step. Perhaps this is due to the fact that the government is silent and does not advocate or oppose sanctions.
It is assumed that Xiaomi and Lenovo are afraid of secondary sanctions that will block access to American technology. Now, without official statements, the companies have suspended the supply of their equipment to the country.
