On the morning of June 4, the D2809 train at Rongjiang Station of the Gui-Guangzhou Line hit a mudslide and went off the line. The driver on duty, Yang Yong, unfortunately died. After skating for more than 900 meters, it got off the line at Rongjiang Station. The newly exposed surveillance video shows that at 10:22, after the train exited the tunnel, the speed gradually decreased, and a suspected crash could be heard during the taxiing. By comparing the front and rear pictures, it can be seen that the front part is defective.
