A 20-year-old Jersey City man charged with two brutal assaults on a PATH train in October and gun possession in March was finally ordered detained after he was charged last month with shooting at people inside another vehicle. Levan Collier, 20, was on court-ordered home confinement police say he was involved in a gun fight in the area of Martin Luther King Drive and Myrtle Avenue in Jersey City on April 9.
